Day 1
BeijingYour guide and driver will meet you at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Please find a note in the hotel lobby or ask at the reception.
The group meeting starts at 6 p.m. at the gathering hotel. Helpful and important information is delivered during the meeting. After the meeting, walk around the neighboring and a group dinner is on your own choice.

BeijingAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel. You walk and get around the most famous landmark today. You will get to Tiananmen Square by metro. Tiananmen Square is the world’s largest public square. The Monument of the People's Heroes stands right on the central axis and the Great Hall of the People is on the side of the square. After that, you walk into the Forbidden Palace, built from 1406 to 1420, home to the imperial power. It owns the most extensive collection of preserved ancient wooden architecture in the world. Out of the palace, you stroll through Hutong lanes formed by lines of old courtyard residences. It is worth savoring the facade of old courtyard houses.

Day 3
Beijing-Xi’anAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel. This morning we travel going to the Great Wall - Mutianyu Section (approx. 2hrs), one of the best-preserved parts of the Great Wall with 22 towers winding along the mountain ridges. The Great Wall is an amazing engineering project, stretching 6,000 km from the vast inner land to the east coastal end, through the north of Beijing. It was a strong fortress to keep the northern tribes outside the imperial sovereign. Spend time walking and learning the history of the Great Wall as well as enjoy the view at Huairou County, a suburban area of Beijing.
The great idea is to bring a picnic lunch with you to enjoy at the top of the wall during a rest break. Back to Beijing railway station.
Day 4
Xi'anYour guide and driver will meet you at the train station. Now, you are in Xi’an, not only the capital city of Shaanxi Province but also the home to much imperial power, dating back to 2200 years. The development of the historic city is booming, however, many amazing historical sites are preserved very well. First, let’s check into the hotel and to get refreshed. Then, start your tour to the Terracotta Warriors. In 1976, four farmers happened to discover a corner of the underground arm that was buried at least 2200 years ago. They didn’t know they became the first to touch thousands of clay warriors molded out of the shape of genuine soldiers. Each of them varies in the face, clothes, and heights.

Day 5
Xi'anAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at the hotel. Morning explores the 13-kilometer-long city wall, built in the late 14th century begins from the iconic Bell and Drum Tower to the popular food paradise around the Muslim Quarter mixed with the Han Chinese style.

Day 6
Xi’an - Xi’ning - LhasaAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel and transfer to a bullet train to Xining, which takes about 4-5 hours. Your guide and driver will meet you at the train station, then tour to Kumbum Monastery Qinghai. Then transfer back to the train station.

LhasaYour guide and driver will meet you at the train station and transfer to the hotel (approx. 1 hour) after the arrival in Lhasa late in the afternoon.
While in the train going to Lhasa enjoy the stunning view of Tibet Plateau, viewing white puffy clouds sailing overhead, yaks feeding on the green meadows, deep blue lake sparkling in the sunshine, mysterious snowy mountains tucked away into the sky and while going through Lhasa hotel we will pass through the Lhasa River Valley on the way to the city center. Lhasa is one of the highest cities in the world with an altitude of 3490 meters. The rest of the day will be on your own for acclimatizing the altitude.

Day 8
LhasaAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel. An excursion just outside the city boundaries to witness the monks practice philosophical debates at Sera Monastery and listen to the ritual chanting in the assembly halls of Drepung Monastery. Sera Monastery, a complex of structures with the Great Assembly Hall and three colleges, was founded in 1419. Walk around the massive complex and learn about its architectural features and history of teaching generations of scholars. Witness the monks engaged in Buddhist philosophical debate in the courtyard, an event that occurs daily in the afternoons (except Sundays).
Drepung Monastery located on the western outskirts of Lhasa. Drepung, in Tibetan, means “prosperity.” Since its establishment, Drepung Monastery has always been one of the most important Buddhist monasteries in Tibet. In its heyday, there were more than 10,000 monks lived and studied in the monastery. Throughout its history, many important and famous Tibetan leaders used to study here, especially the Dalai Lamas. So Drepung Monastery is also respectfully known as the “Mother School of Dalai Lamas.”

Day 9
LhasaAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel. Today we will enjoy a tour of Jokhang Temple, Potala Palace, and the Summer Palace. Jokhang temple which has been called the spiritual heart of Tibet. Watch prostrating pilgrims circle the temple day and night, some of them traversing the extremes of the Tibetan landscape by foot to come here and celebrate their faith. Make a kora ("revolution" in Tibetan) of the Barkhor, the holiest devotional circuit, which surrounds the Jokhang and houses a market bazaar where people bargain for Buddha images, yak skulls with ruby eyes, woodcarvings, carpets, prayer wheels, and the odd goat's head. Potala Palace a magnificent structure and true architectural wonder built in the 1600s and steeped in history. It is where the Dalai Lamas would meditate, handle affairs of state, and eventually where their burial stupas remain. Check out the golden statues, three-dimensional mandalas, ancient scriptures, and the devoted pilgrims who circle the palace day and night. It is indeed a remarkable place. Norbulingka is located on the outskirts of Lhasa and covered with trees, ponds, gardens, palaces, and pavilions. It has been the official Summer residence of all Dalai Lamas since the 18th century.

Day 10
GyantseAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel. Today we will drive to Gyantse. We will stop for photos at the mountain passes of Khamba La, Karo La and skirting the shores of the beautiful turquoise lake, Yamdrok Tso. The drive from Lhasa to Gyantse is a spectacular one, crossing three passes over 5,000m (16,404 ft). Upon arrival, we will visit the Pelkor Chode Monastery and Gyantse Kumbum. Pelkor Chode Monastery founded in 1418 and regarded as the center of Gyantse. Gyantse Kumbum (meaning 100,000 images) is an eight-story structure containing a seemingly endless series of tiny chapels full of Buddhist images – Buddhas, demons, protectors, and saints. We will also take a walk to the Dzong Fort; you will see a fantastic view of Gyantse from the fort.

Day 11
ShigatseAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel. A short drive to Shigatse, Tibet's second-largest city. We will visit Tashilumpo Monastery. You can also do a kora around the Tashilumpo Monastery after the guided tour or visit the local market. Tashi Lhunpo Monastery founded in 1447 by the 1st Dalai Lama. It is a historic and culturally important monastery in Shigatse, the second-largest city in Tibet.

Shigatse / Lhasa – Return to LhasaAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel. Enjoy your free time after driving back to Lhasa, you can stroll around to visit more monasteries or simply shopping around at the local market and appreciate the local culture and handmade crafts.

19-Day Trek to Gokya-Ri and the Everest Base Camp
Witness breathtaking sites of Mount Everest and its neighboring peaks as you take this weeks-long trek. You'll begin in the Gundu valley before heading to Lukla by air and then to Chablung. Cross the Tharo Kosi river via a locally designed suspension bridge — one of many you'll pass over. From here you'll see the Kusum Kanguru peak. See the first of a few mani-stone painted ridges as you had to Phakding. Walk along the Dudh Kosi river on your way to Namche Bazaar, a trading center. You'll several villages separated by various forestry before arriving. Cross again at the Kyashar Khola river as you head to Monjo and then the Sagarmatha National Park. To acclimatize, you'll hike to the gorgeous villages of Thame, Phurte, Thamo, and Somde to reach Thami. Mounts Teng Kang Poche and Kwangde can be seen from here. On to Dole, you'll also see Khumbila and Tawache. You'll next head to Macchermo, and then Pangku, which is home to a large cave. Lake Longponga and Taujun both lie ahead of Gokyo, the home of stone houses and walled pastures. As you move on to the Cho La pass, you'll trek up to Kala Patter and, finally, the Everest Base Camp.
