Day by day Itinerary
Day 1
Semenggoh - Trek to Biduan WaterfallYour guide and driver will meet you in Kuching and depart for 40 mins drive to visit Semenggoh, a 653 hectares forest-home, to the Orangutan. Upon arrival, browse to the feeding site to catch a glimpse of these unique "Wild Men of Borneo" during feeding time, while our Guide narrates to you their humane behavior, emotion, and characteristics, attributing to the mere reason for them being called Orangutan, meaning "Men of the Forest". (Note: they are all free in the wild. Sighting depends on circumstances and luck)
After the tour, continue the drive through country road for another hour, meandering alongside the scenic Penrissen Mountain Range that forms part of the Indonesian Border. Upon arrival, get greeted with the native rice wine, witness the native sugar-cane crusher, explore the longhouse, visit the Baruk (Skulls House). Get introduced to your host family; have tea before proceeding by 4x4 drive up midway at Borneo Heights; resume with a 45 mins trek to Biduan Waterfall. Swim, relax and have traditional lunch while rejuvenating by the scenic range. Return to your Homestay via the same way. Evening – dinner followed by a brief demo session of Bidayuh traditional music amidst some popular folk tales.

Day 2
Brief jungle walkAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at the Homestay and proceed for a brief jungle walk to study the “pharmacy and market” of our natives in the tropical rain forest. Resume with a bamboo-raft trip down the shallow, clear water of Sabai river, with lunch prepared by the river-bank. At the end of your rafting, you’ll be picked up to return to your Homestay.

Day 3
DepartureAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at your homestay, then we will visit Hot Spring. After that, pack up for departure.
Transfer to Kuching with lunch en route for your next destination.
