Day by day Itinerary
Day 1
KOTA KINABALUYour guide and driver will meet you at Kota Kinabalu airport and transfer to the hotel for check-in, and then head out in the late afternoon of bird watching in the Likas Wetlands.
Check-in at the Dreamtel Hotel. (No meals)

Day 2
KOTA KINABALU – TAMBUNAN – KUNDASANGAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at the Dreamtel Hotel and Depart to the Tambunan area for a bird watching. In the afternoon, we make our way to the foothills of Mt Kinabalu.

Day 3
KINABALU PARKAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at Hill Lodge, Kinabalu Park, spend a full day bird watching around Kinabalu Park, exploring the various trails and avoiding the crowds.

Day 4
PORING HOT SPRINGSAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at Hill Lodge, Kinabalu Park, Spend another full day bird watching, this time in Poring Hot Springs. We’ll follow the various jungle trails in the area and also use the platforms of the canopy walkway for spot, before returning in the evening to the hotel.

Poring is home to Banded Broadbill, Diard’s Trogon, Gold-Whiskered Barbet, Pygmy White-eye, Blue-banded Pitta, Bold-strip Tit-Babbler, White-bellied Woodpecker, Brown Barbet, Thick-billed Spiderhunter, White-browed Shama, Dusky Munia, Siberian Blue Robin, Crested Jay, Wreathed Hornbill, Scally Breasted Bulbul, Banded Kingfisher, White Fronted Falconet, various other bulbuls, broadbills, babblers, and flowerpeckers. Day 5
KOTA KINABALUWe waste no time as we spend the final day bird watching at a higher altitude. After lunch, Check-in to your hotel or transfer to the airport for your next destination.

Sarawak Mulu Headhunters Trail Adventure
Similar to the Mulu Pinnacles trail, only that after ascending the pinnacles we proceed to journey across the landscape by an old headhunters trail, through gentle countryside to Kuala Terikan.
