Day 1
Arrival DelhiYour guide and driver will meet you at the airport in Delhi and transfer to the hotel. By the time your check-in is organized, our representative would introduce the tour file to you and hand over the tour documents.

Day 2
Old Delhi Sightseeing + Food Tour – Agra (220 Kms/4-5 Hrs)After breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at the hotel. Today, we commence the tour of "Old Delhi" with ancient monuments, narrow streets, and bustling bazaars. Passing through the dramatic Red Fort (from outside), we visit Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India, completed in 1658 by Shah Jahan, who also built the Taj Mahal. Then, we visit "Chandni Chowk" the most famous market of "Old Delhi" where you will find lots of things ranging from saris to silver jewelry. We will take an exhilarating rickshaw ride in the market, which was the center of the city Shah Jehanabad in the Mughal times. Next, we will drive to Agra which we will spend the night here.
Agra grew in prominence under the rule of the Mughal Empire in 1526, reaching its zenith between 1556 and 1658, under the successive rules of Akbar, Shah Jehan, and Jehangir. Akbar's reign was memorable in the city's history when it became a leading center of art, science, commerce, and culture, drawing intellectuals and artists to its Darbars and Havelis.

Day 3
Agra –Jaipur (245 Kms/5-6 Hrs Drive Distance)(B/-/-)As the sun will rise, we visit one of India’s incredible monuments - the Taj Mahal. Dusk visits the legendary Taj Mahal to experience the color-changing effects of the risings Sun of this incredible while marble monument. The Grandeur and beauty of the building exceed all human imaginations. After that, we will back to the hotel for breakfast.
Later, we ride to the massive Agra Fort, a blend of Hindu and Mughal architecture.
Taj Mahal - essentially one man's monumental testimony of Love, has become synonymous not only with this city but with India as a whole. However, many images you may have seen of the Taj Mahal, the reality is still breathtaking, its scale stupendous and it has been surface ever-changing with the light. The Red Fort or Agra Fort, on the banks of the River Yamuna, is situated in the center of the town. Various styles of architecture are evident within the Fort and demonstrate the boldness of Akbar's period, the refinement of Jehangir's time, and the subtleness of Shah Jehan's rule. The other attractions here include The Diwan-i-Am, the Diwan-i-Khaas and Jodhabai's Palace. Jaipur, designed by a young Bengali architect in 1727, is the only city in the world symbolizing the nine divisions of the universe. Jaipur is also known as the Pink City of India. Palaces, Forts, sublime architecture with a strong influence of Hindu, Jain and Mughal styles make Jaipur more interesting. Colorful bazaars and warm people are the pride of Jaipur.

Day 4
Full day city tour of JaipurAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at the hotel, we set out for an excursion to Amer Fort, passing by Jaipur’s most distinctive landmark, ‘Hawa Mahal is commonly known as (Palace of Winds). Next, we visit City Palace, a perfect blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Followed by our visit to Jantar Mantar, which is an astronomical observatory built by Jai Singh II. It is one of the largest and the best-preserved observatories in the country. Later, we will meet the local women artisans in Jaipur. With the help of local artisan women, we will learn the art of block printing, one of the oldest printing techniques in India. Here, we will make our handkerchief using Rajasthani woodblocks. Here, you'll have a chance to chat with the women and learn about their lives.
Late in the evening, we will visit an Indian Family for assisting cooking demonstration.
Evening: cooking demonstration: A culinary experience learning the use of Indian Spices.
Experience the culinary culture of India with a cooking session hosted at an Authentic Indian Kitchen at a family home – Learn to cook Indian food and the use of Indian Spices, we will be joining a charming family for an interactive cooking lesson. The duration of 2-3 hour elementary demonstrations in the kitchen will help us to enrich our knowledge of local food by learning to prepare a variety of delicious Indian dishes. Jaipur-(Amer) Famous for its massive Amber Fort, Amer was the ancient capital of the Kachhawaha dynasty for 6 centuries. Hawa Mahal- a five-storied facade of pink sandstone. It was built in the year 1799 to allow royal ladies to watch processions and festivities on the road through its 953 ‘jharokhas’ or small windows, without being seen by the public. Jantar Mantar, a Solar Observatory built in the 18th century; an astronomical treasure house that measures time, according to the movement of the Sun to an error of just 2 seconds with solar devices that give accurate astrological predictions as well till date. Among the various forts and palaces of Jaipur, City Palace stands apart, with its outstanding art and architecture. The Maharajah still lives in the Palace. You will also witness a collection of weapons belonging to the family.

Jaipur – Delhi (270 Kms) - DepartureAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at the hotel and we will drive back to Delhi and check-in to the hotel. Later, you will be transferred to the airport for your next destination.

The winter Nakasendo trail tour is a fully-guided tour suitable for anyone who can walk at a gentle pace for three to four hours in comfort. In general, the route is greatly undulating but it also includes some short, steeper climbs. The lower temperatures of winter include the probability of snow at some points along the route.
