Day by day Itinerary
Day 1
ARRIVAL DAY. ASHGABAT AIRPORTArrival by flight TK early in the morning. Transfer to the hotel. Early check-in and short rest. City tour, visit an Ertogrul Gazy Mosque, Independence Park, Neutrality Arch, National Museum, Nissa (UNESCO), and the Turkmenbashi Mosque-Mausoleum.
Day 2
ASHGABAT - DARWAZAHalf-day city tour, including visits to Anau mosque ruins, Ahalteke horse stables, and Central bazaar. Transfer to Darwaza in the Karakum Desert and visit the Erbent desert community on the way. Dinner with BBQ.
Overnight in tents.
Day 3
DARWAZA - BCP SHAVAT - KHIVAAfter camp-style breakfast, direct transfer to the border checkpoint Shavat. Arrive before or after lunch break at the post.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 4
KHIVAIf you ever dreamed of getting into an Eastern fairy tale, then your dreams will come true. City tour in Khiwa, around: Ichan-Kala architectural complex (XVII-XIX), the Residence of the last Khiva Khan, including Ismail Khodja Mausoleum, Muhammed Amin KhanMadrassah, Kunya-Ark Castle (XVI-XVI), Kalta Minor Tower, Tash- Hovli Palace (XIX), Pahlavan Mahmud Mausoleum(XIV-XVIII), Juma Mosque (X) and other Khiva tourist sights. Narrow streets, carved “ayvans” veranda and doors, majestic minarets and mausoleums, heritage and the arts –all kept with care in this city as a great treasure. Leisure time.

Day 5
KHIVA - BUKHARAIn old times, the road from Khiva to Bukhara took more than a month. Today, it takes 6-7 hours by Transport, through a mysterious Red desert “Kyzyl-Kum”, the territory of “Chores”, which was called in the past a “State of Thousand and Hundred Cities”. What kind of secrets are buried in this desert? This is something that archeologists and historians will be trying to find in the future. Meanwhile, you are invited to view the exotic landscapes of a desert with roaming camels, nomadic yurts, and the old Amudarya River (Oxus).
Day 6
BUKHARA - SAMARKANDHoly Bukhara, the homeland of Ibn Sino (Avicenna), beloved city of all saints and worldwide known philosopher – cheery Hodja Nasreddin, lively, noisy, and luxurious capital of Emirs, the richest man of all nations and patrons. When you hear “Splendor of East” – it is Bukhara! City tour in Bukhara. Then free time. Transfer to the railway station for the train to Samarkand. Arrival at Samarkand.

Day 7
SAMARKAND - TASHKENTThe science and art of the ancient East were concentrated in Samarkand since olden times. Multinational and tolerant – it is spoken here that: “there are many stairs leading to the sky” and there is no difference in what language you pray. Full-day city tour in Samarkand: Registan Square - Madrassah Ulug Bek (XV), Madrassah Shir-Dor (XVII), Madrassah Tillya-Kori (XVII), Mausoleum Guri Emir - Tamerlane’s Tomb (XIV-XV), Bibi Khanum Mosque (XIV-XV). Visiting of morning East Siab Bazaar. Transfer to the railway station to take the train to Tashkent. Arrival in Tashkent.

Day 8
TASHKENT BP – OYBEK – KHUDJANDMorning city tour around Tashkent: the State Museum of Applied Arts of Uzbekistan, visiting the religious complex Khasti Imam. Border formalities and meeting with guide and driver at the Oybek border. Drive towards Khujand – the center of the Sugd region, the second capital of Tajikistan. Lunch upon arrival. Later, visit a museum, which is located next to the famous fortress of the city. In addition to the market to our gaze at Mavzaley Shaikh Maslehatoddina 14th century.

Day 9
KHUDJAND - DUSHANBEAfter breakfast, drive to Dushanbe – the capital city of Tajikistan. Hotel check-in. Later, visit Hissar fortress - one of the “lord’s Palaces” of the Bukhara Emirate (110km, 3hrs). This fortress is surrounded by monuments and mausoleums XVII-XVIII centuries. Evening excursion, walking in the Independence Square, where you can see the flagpole, which entered in the Records of Guinness Book as the tallest flagpole in the world (H165m), a monument of the founder of first Tajik State - Ismail Somoni and the biggest library building in Central Asia, 9-storey, with over 11 million books.
Day 10
DUSHANBE - ALMATY (flight)After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the Flight to Almaty. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Have a rest. Drive to Big Almaty Lake (opt). Dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 11
ALMATYAfter breakfast, start the city tour in Almaty: visit the Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen, Zenkov Cathedral, Museum of Kazakh National Musical Instruments, and Green Bazaar. PM. Visiting Central Mosque, Republic Square, and Square of First President. Drive to Kok-Tube Hill and take a cable car. It is the highest point in the city, which is situated at a height of 1100 meters above sea level and has the best panoramic view.
Day 12
ALMATY - KARAKOLAfter breakfast, drive to Karakol via Kazakh-Kyrgyz border Kegen. En, route visit the Charyn Canyon. Upon arrival at Karakol, dinner at the local café.

Day 13
KARAKOL - BISHKEKAfter breakfast, drive to Bishkek. En route, stop at Cholpon-Ata, and have a boat cruise (should be paid supplementary). Excursion to Burana Tower of XI Century - remains of the ancient city of Balasagun. Upon arrival at Bishkek, dinner at a local café.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 14
BISHKEK – ALA-ARCHAAfter breakfast, a city tour of Bishkek, including visiting of History Museum, Central Square Ala-Too, and Panfilov Park. Then drive to National Nature Park Ala-Archa for easy hiking. Drive back to Bishkek and the visit Osh bazaar. Dinner at a local restaurant with Folklore Music Show.

DEPARTURE DAYAfter early breakfast, transfer to Bishkek International Airport “Manas” for your next destination.

Trekking in Bhutan Through the Tsaluna Path
This trek is also one of the short Bhutan trekking routes. It is a moderate trek and is popular with those who wish to do a shorter version of the Druk Path trek and also features an in-depth cultural tour. The Tsaluna trek offers beautiful views as you cross the chain of mountains that separate the Paro and Thimphu valleys. This route is also famous for its spectacular rhododendron forests and wonderful high altitude lakes abundant with fish.
Bhutan Jomolhari Mountain Festival and Trekking Adventure
This tour takes the same trekking route as Jomolhari Loop Trek. The only difference is you get to halt 2 extra days in Jangothang to mingle among the people who live a nomadic life herding yaks at an altitude ranging from 2,500 meters to nearly 5,000 meters and celebrate their 2-day annual mountain festival which offers great opportunity to explore and experience local culture and cuisine. The highlight of this trek is not only the fascinating mountain festival but also the spectacular view of majestic Mount Jomolhari from the Jomolhari base camp accentuated by splendid landscapes, flora and fauna. Trekkers who want to avoid high passes and high altitude can choose an easier version of the Jomolhari Loop by retracing their steps from Jangothang instead of taking harder routes through spectacular high ridges while still having the majestic impressions of mount Jomolhari.
