There is a natural pool on top of the mountain, where you can have a nice swim.

WasgamuwaAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at the hotel, then transfer to Wasgamuwa. In the afternoon, enjoy a game, drive in the Wasgamuwa national park, to view the elephants and other wild animals. You will also have the opportunity to sight many rare birds on this safari. Sora BoraAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at your guesthouse at Veddha village, then transfer to the Sora Bora lake camping sites. Commence your trek through the rice fields, tea plantations, pine forests, and the villages. This trek is approximately 18 km and you will be able to explore the village life and to do some bird watching. Take a short catamaran ride.

Day 9
KnucklesAfter breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at the campsite by the lake. We will do bird watching and witness the spectacular sunrise while riding a traditional catamaran and come back to the camp for breakfast. Trek to a beautiful waterfall. You will be transferred to the Knuckles mountain range. Commence your trek through the spice gardens, vegetable & rice fields, and tea plantations. The total trek is approximately 16 km and at the end of the trail, you will have the opportunity to swim at the base of a nice waterfall. On your way back, you will be able to do some bird watching.

Thereafter, board a local train and enjoy a scenic train journey through the tea plantations and the misty mountains from Hatton to Ella. Evening at leisure.
